Product Description

This glass fiber roe is mainly used for the quenching rollers which near the oven door of glass tempering furnace. You know, the rope wrapped on the quenching rollers near to the heating oven door should bear the high temperature, but for kevalr rope, the max. Working temperature is only about 350ºC (max. 500ºC,but the kevlar rope could not work under 500 degree for long time). so for many glass tempering furnace manufacturer, they use glass fiber rope for the 2 or 3 quenching rollers near the oven door. The glass fiber rope could bear 600ºC.
Glass fiber rope is made of high-quality fiberglass yarns knitted into both soft and dense rope forms. This rope is more suitable to be used continuous temperatures which up to 1000°F (550°C).
Glass fiber rope mainly used as gasket seals for boilers, furnaces, stoves, etc because of high temperature resistance feature, this glass fiber rope also be used as packing and expansion joints in high temperature industry.
